Heart to Heart is a leadership program for Palestinian and Jewish citizens of Israel. We are dedicated to empowering young adults with the tools and skills they need to create a more inclusive, peaceful, and just society.

Purpose and Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Arabic speaking facilitator to co-facilitate a dialogue and solidarity workshop for Jewish and Palestinian citizens of Israel (approx. ages 20–30) taking place in Ontario, Canada from August 19 to September 4, 2026. This contract runs from May through October 2026 and includes part-time preparation (5–10 hours/week), a full-time on-site facilitation period during the program, and post-program follow-up work.

Job Overview:

The Summer Co-Faciliator will help design and facilitate the Heart to Heart summer workshop, which is run in collaboration with Tel Aviv University. The program will bring a group of 18 Tel Aviv University (TAU) students (half Jewish citizens of Israel, half Arab Palestinian citizens of Israel) along with 2 TAU staff for a two week Heart to Heart retreat in Canada from (approx) August 19th - Sept 4th, 2026 after completing a semester-long academic program. The program includes nine days at camp featuring intensive facilitated dialogue and skills-based workshops complemented by nature-based and recreational activities such as canoeing and swimming. This is followed by three days in Toronto where participants meet with activists, educators, and community leaders, culminating in a community event with Heart to Heart supporters.
