Witness the Change.
The program starts at camp in Perth, Ontario where campers are given a space to break down barriers and the opportunity for authentic conversation and meaningful dialogue. Campers come to discuss core elements of the conflict, supported by caring staff.

It continues with year-round local activities focused on the skills leaders need most to become effective changemakers.

At Heart to Heart, we believe that empowering and equipping the next generation with leadership skills is an effective strategy for building the just world we all want to live in.
