Bring Heart to Heart's methodology and programming into your community for an interactive opportunity to explore  a theme of your choosing.  

Workshop themes include:

• Conflict and mindfulness
• Identity, stereotypes, and bias
• Understanding and  confronting structural inequality
• Nonviolent communication 
• Exploring multiple narratives around the Israeli-Palestinian conflict
•  The role of media  and media literacy
• Envisioning change and the future we want

All workshops will include introductory activities  to establish group norms and trust as a prerequisite for  deeper conversation.   Workshops can be tailored for  youth, teens, and adults. We  are happy to work with you to customize a workshop for your group.  Workshops can be 90 minutes, half-day, full day, or multi-day.
